How can i make a distraction grenade for airsoft?

Question by John D: How can i make a distraction grenade for airsoft?
i am an avid airsoft player on a tight budget. i am not the fast, most agile person, so i am hoping to make a hand held distraction grenade. preferably cheap and easy to get materials for, i want it to be really loud… but not going to lite the woods on fire… thank ya

You could try a firecracker or cherry bomb inside a plastic egg with airsoft pellets and taped once around with painters tape. Or a firecracker that fires when a string is pulled. Tie or stake a camo string (not sewing thread or fishing line) across where you want to be forewarned. Tape the other end of the string to the firecracker string and tie or stake the firecracker down. Camoflage it and hopefully it will work.
